Jalen Green is entering his fourth season in the league. The former number two overall pick shared pictures of his latest workout session on Instagram on Monday. The last image showcases a portrait tattoo of his girlfriend Draya Michele's face. The tattoo is on his backside near his left shoulder.
The couple was originally spotted in public around August 2023 and has gone steady since then. On May 12, 2024, they welcomed their first child. It was an incredible moment for the Mint Swim founder as it took place on Mother's Day.
Michele has not commented on his boyfriend's latest tattoo.
The Rockets guard's post garnered 67 likes as he looked to be focused on his offseason grind in preparation for next season. He finished his third year in the league, averaging 19.6 points (42.3% shooting), 5.2 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game.
Jalen Green's girlfriend aimed a hilarious jab at him concerning a cutting tool
Jalen Green's girlfriend uploaded a hilarious post on her Instagram stories on Sunday. The post had a video about a useful cutting tool for opening packages. She also included a hilarious caption to mock her boyfriend's strong shopping tendencies.
"My husband ain't going to want this ... but his shopping a** wife will," Michele posted.
She knew that Green might not be the biggest fan of the cutting tool but if placed in a situation where it could aim him at opening his purchased items, he might just be turned around on the tool.
The Rockets star is known to be one of the flashiest players in the league today, especially off the court with his fashion preferences. The items he showcases under his Instagram handle don't come cheap.
Draya Michele blushes over Jalen Green's workout dunk
On Aug. 13, Draya Michele shared an impressive workout dunk by Jalen Green during one of his workouts at the Proactive Sports Performance. It was an electric dunk, which he can pull off in a live game setting. The dunk was enough to make his girlfriend include some blushing emojis in her post.
The Athletic's Kelly Iko reported on Aug. 12 that Green hosted a players-only mini-training camp in LA. Considering they are one of the youngest teams in the league, it was only right for the players to continue strengthening their camaraderie and chemistry on the basketball court.
Last season, they finished as the 11th seed (41-41 record) in the Western Conference with a .500 winning percentage. They also ranked 20th offensively (113.7) and 10th defensively (112.8). The team looked the most promising last season under the guidance of Rockets coach Ime Udoka.
