The two could be seen wearing matching black outfits and can be expected to have had a gala time during the celebrations. It comes amid Dillingham's successful Summer League campaign as he looks forward to his rookie NBA season.

Dillingham, 19, was picked eighth overall by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the 2024 NBA Draft. The former Kentucky Wildcats star had foregone his final year to go pro. It came with the Cold Hearts of the Overtime Elite League, for whom he played in the 2022–23 campaign.

Dillingham was rated a five-star recruit by major media houses and is a versatile shooting guard capable of impacting both ends of the court.

Rob Dillingham believes he fits in with Minnesota Timberwolves perfectly

The Timberwolves fell short in the Conference Finals against the Dallas Mavericks last season as they continued to put faith in their big three of Anthony Edwards, Karl Anthony-Towns, and Rudy Gobert.

The addition of Dillingham means that they have a fourth potential star who might be capable of adding to the team right away.

β€œThey just need one more piece. I feel like they were honestly good this year and they could've won it this year. Adding me is just a plus to the team,” Dillingham said after his game against the Indiana Pacers.

In the ongoing summer league, Rob Dillingham is averaging 10.8 points, 4.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists, 0.5 blocks and 0.8 steals in 29.3 minutes of action.
