Scottie Pippen’s daughter Taylor Pippen celebrated her 30th birthday on July 20. The daughter of the Chicago Bulls legend was joined by her friends and family for her birthday party in Chicago. Interestingly, Taylor celebrated her birthday with a Great Gatsby theme. Turning 30 holds a very big in the life of the protagonist in F. Scott Fitzgerald’s famous book.
Taylor posted a series of pictures from the party on her Instagram story. She was seen donning a silver sleeveless sequin gown for the occasion. In one of the stories, Pippen wrote:
“Saying goodbye to the roaring 20s.”
Taylor was also seen dancing and singing on the podium. She also posed for pictures with her friends.

Scottie Pippen had his daughter Taylor Pippen with Sonya Roby. When Roby got pregnant with Taylor, Pippen denied being the father. However, in 1994, after the DNA test, it was revealed that the six-time NBA champion was the actual father.
Finally, the legal dispute was settled and Roby received the full custody of Taylor Pippen. Later Scottie Pippen also agreed to give full financial support to the child. Although it is not widely known, just like her father, Taylor is also an athlete herself.
She played college volleyball with the Southern Illinois University's volleyball team in 2012. Later, she played professional volleyball for a season in Spain before returning to Chicago. Now, Taylor has a successful professional career in finance. She serves as the vice president at JPMorgan Chase.
Taylor Pippen talked to El Mundo in 2016 and said that she had no idea who Scottie Pippen was as a father.
"He never wanted to meet me. He decided that it [would be] like that and I prefer not to think about the matter too much," Taylor said. "I was born and raised near Chicago, you can imagine how many questions I have been asked about my father."
Taylor added that after years of walking with the "Pippen" last name, she realized that it was just a title and nothing else.
