Steph Curry drug tested after Olympic final versus France
After the United States men's national team took home the gold versus France in the Olympic Final, Steph Curry, Kevin Durant and Anthony Edwards were drug tested, per Edwards.
The trio had little time to celebrate their Olympic win, with Edwards stating:
"We couldn't celebrate the win in the locker room for real because [Kevin Durant], me and Steph had to take a doping test," Edwards stated.
The trio combined for 47 points in the gold medal game, with Stephen Curry going on a historic fourth-quarter run to help put France away.
In the final three minutes, Steph Curry buried four straight three-point jumpers, giving Team USA a 96-87 lead with under 30 seconds left. After the game, Steph Curry labeled his late-game stretch "special" during postgame interviews.
