Bradley Beal is one of the NBA's most prolific scorers. He can score from any spot on the floor and is arguably the most valuable player on the Washington Wizards.
However, Beal has dealt with numerous injuries this season, missing 25 games. The 6-foot-4 forward won't be available against the Boston Celtics on Tuesday night. He's having knee issues, which is why he will be sidelined.
The Wizards are 11th in the East and three games behind the final spot for the play-in tournament. While their chances of making the postseason are very slim at best, they're even longer without Beal.
How has Bradley Beal fared this season?
The Washington Wizards (33-42) will host the Boston Celtics (52-23) on Tuesday night. One of the worst teams in the East will play against one of the best in the league, which should mean an easy win for Boston.
Bradley Beal will not suit up for the matchup, as he's having knee problems. This will be the fourth straight missed game for the Wizards guard. The Wizards are 9-16 without the shooting guard this season.
The three-time All-Star last played against the Orlando Magic on March 21. He had a subpar performance, scoring only 16 points on 4-for-15 shooting as the Wizards suffered a 10-point loss.

Beal is currently under police investigation. He allegedly hit a heckler's hat after the game after a back-and-forth exchange of words. The Wizards guard was eventually escorted to the locker room to prevent an escalation of the conflict.
The 6' 4" guard is averaging 23.2 points per game for the second straight season. He has converted 50.6% of his total shots, including 36.5% shots from beyond the arc. His free-throw percentage of 84.2. is also very efficient.
Bradley Beal against Boston Celtics
The 29-year-old star has appeared in two games against the Boston Celtics this season. He was horrible in the first matchup on Oct. 30, scoring only 12 points on 4-for-16 shooting.
Beal did a much better job in the second game against Boston, scoring 30 points on 11-for-19 shooting. However, that wasn't enough to beat the Celtics, as the Wizards suffered a nine-point loss.

The Wizards star has played 32 games against the Celtics, averaging 21.7 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game. He's had three 40-point games against Boston, with the last one being a 46-point game on Feb. 28, 2021.
