In the video, Ja Morant's daughter Kaari can be seen playing with a toy and jumping around. The video starts with the kid throwing the rotating end of the hoop on the floor. She then starts to rotate the hoop with her left leg and jump to evade it with her right leg.

Morant and Dixon were blessed with their daughter on 7 August 2019. The couple had made their relationship public back in 2018, but reportedly went their separate ways in January last year. Kaari already has an Instagram handle and has over 194K followers on the social media platform.

Ja Morant had it pretty rough last season where he was sidelined early in the campaign after suffering a season-ending shoulder injury.

He played only nine games and had to see his team not make the playoffs from the bench. In January, the Grizzlies ace underwent surgery to repair his torn labral. The surgery was successful and Morant started his recovery.

According to Hoops Hype, Ja Morant reportedly had been given a full medical clearance and was ready to be in action on the hard court. The Grizzlies star made a post on X on 9 July, adding a confirmation stamp to the news.

"It's GO time," Morant posted.

Since his arrival at the Memphis Grizzlies, as the second overall pick of the 2019 draft, Morant has grown to become the cornerstone of the modern-day Memphis squad. He has been a key performer for the franchise and his impact is quite evident on the team.

The Grizzlies had a bitter start last season where they lost 8 of their first 10 games. Morant did not play in those contests as he was suspended for 25 games by the league for showing off firearms on his Instagram story. However, as soon as Morant returned to the court, the Grizzlies started to win more games.

Memphis went on a four-game winning streak with Morant's return on 19 December against the New Orleans Pelicans.

He played five more games, but suffered an injury and was sidelined. The Grizzles ended the season with a disappointing 27-55 record. But now, with Morant back to full health, fans can expect a deep playoff run.
