Jalen Brunson's wife Ali Marks declares her love for Knicks' star with new nail artÂ
NBA All-Star guard Jalen Brunson's wife, Ali Marks, was in attendance as the New York Knicks made their home debut for the new season against the Indiana Pacers on Friday. She expressed her love and support for her husband by sporting new nail art.
Marks was among the Knicks faithful who went to Madison Square Garden to see their team play for the first time in the 2024-25 regular season. She shared photos of her day in the famous arena on Instagram, including one where she showcased her nail art bearing the "No. 11" of Jalen Brunson. She captioned her post:
"Back @ the garden"
Marks and the Knicks fans did not go home disappointed as they were treated to a dominant performance by the home team, which ran away with a 123-98 victory.
Jalen Brunson and Marks were high school sweethearts and got married in July 2023. This year, they welcomed their first baby, Jordyn James.
Marks is a licensed physical therapist, earning her doctorate at Northwestern University in 2021. But above all, Marks has provided constant support to her husband's basketball career throughout the years.
Jalen Brunson leads way in Knicks home-opener win over Pacers
Just as he basked in the support given to him by his wife, Jalen Brunson made things happen in their 123-98 home-opener victory over the Indiana Pacers on Friday.
The former Villanova standout starred with a game-high 26 points in the victory. He shot 10-for-19 from the field and 3-for-5 from 3-point territory. He also had five rebounds and five assists in 30 minutes.
Brunson was steady throughout the contest as they turned what was a close game after the opening quarter, with the Knicks leading by just one point 25-24, to a blowout victory.
It was a bounce-back victory for the Knicks, who lost to the NBA champion Boston Celtics on the road in their season-opener on Tuesday.
Following their home victory, Jalen Brunson spoke about what did it for them against the Pacers, saying at the post-game press conference (via SNY):
"We knew we had to pick it up [after the loss to Boston]. I'm going to turn the page to better, and I feel like we did that tonight. That is something we can grow off.

The Knicks return to Madison Square Garden for their next game on Monday, hosting the undefeated Cleveland Cavaliers (3-0).
