James Harden's girlfriend Paije Speights warns fans not to fall victim to fraudsters on her birthday
Fashion designer Paije Speights, girlfriend of LA Clippers star James Harden, issued a warning to fans about scammers pretending to be her. In an Instagram story shared during her birthday celebration, Speights revealed that she had been alerted to someone impersonating her and soliciting money from her friends and fans.
Paije Speights, who turned 36 on Wednesday, cautioned her followers on Instagram:
“You guys I didn't change my number. There is someone pretending to be me saying I changed my number and is asking people for money. It's not me. Don't get scammed pls.”
Speights and Harden had a minor setback on holiday in July. During their vacation to Europe, their luggage was mistakenly sent ahead to Greece while they were still in France.
In subsequent Instagram stories, Speights shared moments from her birthday celebration. She sported a shiny gold brassiere and mini skirt, paired with a black jacket and heels for a chic black-and-gold ensemble. In one post, she captioned her outfit:
"A mother. Feeling like a 90's supermodel."
Speights owns the fashion brand Front Paije Designs, with a following of 79.2k on Instagram. Her personal Instagram has 194k followers. She is the mother of a five-year-old boy, Prynce Almario Chalmers, with former Miami Heat star Mario Chalmers. Speights previously dated James Harden’s former teammate, Lou Williams, a three-time NBA Sixth Man of the Year.

James Harden made an appearance at Speights' birthday celebration. Wearing an LA cap, black shirt and black pants, Harden posed with her as she blew out her birthday cake.
Harden celebrated his birthday last week, and Speights took to Instagram to share a greeting for her boyfriend.

Speights has frequently featured Harden on her Instagram since June when she shared a series of photos with him, captioned, “Numero Uno 💋.”
In the same month, she also posted pictures from their European getaway, showcasing their boat rides and romantic moments together. In a post in August, she shared a photo of herself gazing into Harden’s eyes with the caption:
“Mad love, Boo, to the end, haha.“
The couple previously went viral during the wedding of former NBA player Rajon Rondo. In the bouquet-tossing segment, Speights caught the bouquet. Tradition holds that the person who catches the bouquet is often believed to be the next to marry.
Standing beside her, Harden appeared visibly surprised, his eyes wide. While Speights was thrilled, Harden remained frozen in place, seemingly caught off guard by the moment.
