Jaylen Brown's girlfriend Kysre Gondrezick hits boot camp as she packs a punch in new boxing clips
Jaylen Brown's girlfriend Kysre Gondrezick was seen sharpening her combat skills in a viral video on social media. Paisley Davis, a boxer from Houston, uploaded a video on her Instagram account for her 4K followers.
She shared a motivational caption with the post to hype up her followers for the upcoming year.
"How bad do you want it? Is 2025 your year? Or you ready to start now!? Let’s work!!!!" the caption read.
Davis tagged the former Chicago Sky player in the video, further confirming her presence. In the video, Gondrezick is seen wearing a black t-shirt and black sports trousers. She had her hair in a ponytail and wore a black cap on her head.
She had boxing gloves on and was wearing only socks while in the ring. The former Sky player was seen throwing practice punches while Davis, presumably her trainer, was wearing boxing mitts to take those punches.
Jaylen Brown's girlfriend was seen going around the ring in circles while throwing left and right jabs at the mitts. The video also featured a motivational narration in the background over a soothing track. The narration talked about changing one's life through self-love, bravery and discipline.
Jaylen Brown's girlfriend Kysre Gondrezick talks about mental health and praises athletes in women's basketball
Jaylen Brown's girlfriend Kysre Gondrezick appeared on the Oct. 25 episode of the "Meg on the Mic" podcast. The former Chicago Sky player expressed her views on the current state of mental health awareness.
"One of things I will say now more than ever, it's hitting now in our youth. A lot more sooner than it did back in the day," Gondrezick said.
She also praised the athletes in women's basketball for their great management of the pressure that comes with playing in the big leagues.
"I think the girls in women's basketball are doing a very good job of managing that and they are building teams around them. Now that they have people instruct and lead them to you know, to what it is that they want to do and accomplish and to be able to balance that and if anything I think that it opens up the gateway to experience and to value the importance of health at an earlier age."
Jaylen Brown's girlfriend started her WNBA journey in 2021 after the Indiana Fever drafted her as the fourth pick in the same year's draft. However, the Fever waived her just after 19 appearances.
She went on hiatus after the waiver and took another shot at the league with the Chicago Sky last season. However, she did not make the main roster after the training camp and was waived again.
