Jaylen Brown spotted with model Suzie Micael at his birthday bash in UK ahead of Celtics’ season opener

Jaylen Brown, who turned 27 today, celebrated his birthday in the UK. One of those who was spotted at the event was model Suzie Micael, who the Boston Celtics guard follows on Instagram. The two often comment on each other’s posts over the last couple of months. When Micael posted on IG a photo of herself during her birthday, Brown was the first to respond to it.

Four weeks ago, Brown greeted Micael with a happy birthday. After the Celtics’ media day, the basketball player also went on IG to post a photo of the said event. The UK model didn’t say anything but put a thinking emoji in her comment. They have now been seen together along with some of Brown’s friends during his birthday event.

The two-time All-Star is expected to have a quick turnaround time as the Boston Celtics visit the New York Knicks on Thursday for their season opener. Brown will have an even bigger role to play for Boston following the departure of longtime captain Marcus Smart, who was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies.

Jaylen Brown is sure to have been greeted with a happy birthday by Celtics fans. The same Celtics supporters, however, will be less forgiving if he does not live up to expectations after signing a massive five-year $288.26 million deal.

The last time the Boston Celtics followers saw him in action was in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Miami Heat. They were so disappointed with Brown’s performance that they even booed him. Throughout the series, he was outplayed by the Heat’s Caleb Martin.

Jaylen Brown can’t wait to show how much he improved during the offseason

Jaylen Brown has been a staple in trade rumors involving the Boston Celtics. The team, however, showed how much they value him by giving him the biggest extension yet in NBA history.

The new contract and his disastrous performance against the Miami Heat a few months ago will put the limelight on him. Brown, however, is embracing the opportunity with gusto.

Here’s what he had to say during the Boston Celtics’ preseason preparation:

“I feel great. I feel poised. I feel ready to have a great year. I put in a lot of work trying to make plays, trying to get guys open. Trying to get our offense set. Seeing the game, reading the game. Overall, just being a better basketball player. Can’t wait to show it this year.”

The All-NBA guard has been saying that his game has been improving every year. This season will be different given the aforesaid circumstances. All eyes will be on him when the Boston Celtics begin their 2023-24 campaign against the New York Knicks on Thursday.
