After being seen with a baby bump following the 2024 NBA Finals, Ella Mai gave birth and seems ready to focus on different goals, including her music. During her 10-year career, Mai has released two studio albums, "Ella Mai" (2018) and "Heart on My Sleeve" (2022), as well as three EPs, "Time" (2016), "Change" (2016) and "Ready" (2017).

Usher shouted out Jayson Tatum after bringing out Ella Mai at concert

The Tatum-Mai family had a busy offseason, with the forward first winning the gold medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics despite sitting out several games. Mai had participated in Usher's "Past Present Future Tour" during its stop in Boston late in August. The award-winning artist brought up Mai to the stage to perform her hit "Boo'd Up" for the public.

Usher also joked with the audience about Mai's relationship with Jayson Tatum, saying he wouldn't perform his famous dances to Mai because she already got a boo and he didn't want trouble with the city of Boston.

"She (Ella Mai) already got a boo I want no smoke from Tatum, not in Boston," Usher said.

This family welcomed a new member six years after JT had Deuce from a previous relationship. The Celtics are ready to defend their championship this season while Mai is working to create something good for her fans.

Despite not winning the Eastern Conference finals MVP or the NBA Finals MVP, Tatum proved that he was the Celtics' driving force, adjusting his game depending on the opponent and impacting games in different ways.
