Julius Randle's wife Kendra Randle makes major family announcementÂ
Minnesota Timberwolves forward Julius Randle and wife, Kendra Randle, are expecting their third child. This time it is going to be a girl, which has her excited no end.
The 28-year-old mother of two sons and entrepreneur took to X (formerly Twitter) to share the great news, highlighting how having a daughter was something she long wanted and that she is just grateful that her wish is finally becoming true.
Her announcement read:
"WE'RE HAVING A GIRL"
Kendra Randle then went on to share in a separate post how her feelings about finally having a daughter, writing:
"I can't believe I will be a girl mama. I can't explain how grateful I am to be having a daughter. I always accepted I would be a boy mom which I LOVE, but I always dreamt of having a baby girl with them. I can't believe god gave us a girl but I'm so grateful."
Julius and Kendra Randle, who both attended the University of Kentucky, got engaged in 2016 and married the following year. They share two kids together, sons Kyden, who was born on Dec. 23, 2016, and Jaycey, born on Oct. 16, 2021.
She has been a constant supporter of her husband's career, which has seen him have stops with the LA Lakers, New Orleans Pelicans, New York Knicks, and, now, Timberwolves. She also attends to her business endeavors, which include her fashion line, Kalore, established in October 2020.
Julius Randle's wife Kendra says they are starting to settle in Minnesota
When Julius and Kendra Randle welcome their daughter, they will be in Minnesota, where the three-time NBA All-Star was traded in the offseason. It is a place that they are starting to settle into, according to her.
She spoke about it in a video post on X (formerly Twitter) in October, saying:
"When we heard Minnesota, it was pretty shocking. Although we were so ready to leave New York, living in a condo with two kids is so hard... But when we got here (Minnesota) the neighborhoods are gorgeous and we love it. It's so beautiful, the people are so nice... We're excited for a new switchup, a new chapter for our family..."
Randle has played 21 games so far for the Timberwolves (11-10), averaging 21 points, 6.7 rebounds and four assists in 33 minutes per game.
