Karl-Anthony Towns and his girlfriend, Jordyn Woods, are reportedly moving into a new mansion in Los Angeles, located near Wood's close friend, social media influencer and reality TV star Kylie Jenner. According to TMZ, the value of the mansion chosen by the Minnesota Timberwolves star and his girlfriend is about $14 million.
TMZ detailed the features of the mansion in a report. The $14 million property boasts seven bedrooms and 17 bathrooms, spanning over 11,000 square feet, with the entire premises of the mansion covering over two acres of land.
As per TMZ, there is also a two-bedroom guest house on the premises for the guests the couple would want to host at their home. Moreover, the luxurious mansion also features an entertainment pavilion with spa, sports and gym facilities. The mansion also caters to any domestication needs that Karl-Anthony Towns or his girlfriend would have.
TMZ has reported that the mansion houses a big barn with enough space to house 7 horses. The garage of the mansion can house up to 6 automotive while the kitchen is equipped with a huge pantry station and a sunny breakfast room. The mansion also has an option to enjoy nightlife as it houses a 150-person capacity nightclub with a bar and separate entrance.
According to TMZ, Kylie Jenner lives a minute's walk away from the new mansion that KAT and his girlfriend are moving into. Jordyn Woods and Kylie Jenner were best friends a few years back, however, a scandal involving Woods and Kylie's sister, Khloe Kardashian, unsettled their friendship.
