Knicks players past and present link up to watch Carmelo Anthony's son Kiyan Anthony at Rucker Park
NBA legend Carmelo Anthony’s son, Kiyan Anthony, showed out in front of a star-studded crowd at this year's SLAM Summer Classic at Rucker Park.
Ranked No. 40 on the ESPN 100 for the class of 2025, Kiyan was one of several premier high school prospects who participated in Wednesday's event. Others include Top 10-ranked 2025 class members AJ Dybantsa (No. 1), Caleb Wilson (No. 5), Chris Cenac Jr. (No. 6), Meleek Thomas (No. 7) and Nate Ament (No. 8).
Several past and present New York Knicks players were among those in attendance to watch Kiyan compete on the famed New York City court. Those include Carmelo, Jamal Crawford, Allan Houston, Deuce McBride, Jacob Toppin, Tyler Kolek and John Starks.
The younger Anthony dazzled in front of the group, tallying 15 points against the country's top high school stars. The 6-foot-5 shooting guard out of Long Island Lutheran High School got to the rim at will, converting several easy finishes. He also showcased his outside shooting range with a step-back 3-pointer off the dribble.
Meanwhile, Carmelo and Co. appeared to have a good time at the event. He and his fellow Knicks representatives could be seen smiling and laughing as they chopped it up and later posed for a group photo.

Kiyan Anthony continues to thrive this summer ahead of looming college decision
Kiyan Anthony's standout play at Vol. 6 of the SLAM Summer Classic continued his strong run this summer.
In June, Anthony led the NBPA Top 100 Camp in scoring, averaging 28.5 points per game. Afterward, he averaged 21.8 ppg across eight contests at last month's PIT.
Moreover, on Tuesday, Anthony was documented giving LA Clippers guard Bones Hyland a run for his money in a one-on-one matchup. The viral clip spotlighted his ability to hold his own against NBA-level competition.
The 17-year-old's stock continues to rise, as he is now New York's No. 1-ranked prospect in his class. As a result, he garnered numerous college offers before narrowing his options down to six schools last month.
Anthony is set to choose between Auburn, Ohio State, Florida State, Rutgers, USC and his father's alma mater, Syracuse. His final decision is reportedly expected to come around October or November.
