Kyle Kuzma drops 1-word reaction to girlfriend Winnie Harlow's outfit at CFDA Awards
Kyle Kuzma has some of the best pre-game outfits in the NBA. The Washington Wizards star is a prominent runway fashion model off the court and often showcases his style in the NBA tunnel entrances.
Much like her boyfriend, Winnie Harlow knows a thing or two about fashion too. The popular influencer showed out at the Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards, with Kyle Kuzma showing his support with an Instagram story.
"Gorginaaa," Kyle Kuzma captioned his story post, showing love for Harlow's CFDA Awards outfit.
Kuzma and Winnie Harlow have been together since 2020, Kuzma's third season in the NBA. Harlow is a prominent social media influencer with over 10 million followers on Instagram.
The Wizards star is in his eighth NBA season and fourth with the Wizards. Kuzma has appeared in two games in his eighth year but has been nursing a groin injury during the first week of the season.
Kyle Kuzma retires pregame outfits
On Saturday, Kuzma announced that he would no longer be making his fashion statements with pregame outfits. NBA players often use the arena tunnel to show off their best outfits, but Kuzma won't do so.
"I don't want to be part of that community," Kuzma told Vogue Magazine. "We get played into thinking, 'Oh we got to switch it up. We got to buy something new.' We're just buying clothes to impress people."
That doesn't mean he will give up his fashion career. Kuzma appeared on the cover of the latest edition of Vogue Philippines and discussed his work in fashion outside his pregame outfits.
The Wizards forward has appeared in two games for Washington this season. In 26.5 minutes per game, he's averaging 13.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists on 28.1% shooting. He's working to heal from his groin injury to build some consistency on the court, as he has struggled to find his rhythm so far.
In Washington's first win of the season versus the Atlanta Hawks, Kuzma posted a 25-point, 11-rebound double-double, connecting on five of nine 3-point attempts.
