LA Lakers vs Detroit Pistons player stats and box score (Nov. 4) | 2024-25 NBA season

The LA Lakers continued their five-game road swing with a matchup against the Detroit Pistons on Monday. LA lost 115-103, dropping to 1-3 away from Crypto.com Arena.

LA Lakers vs Detroit Pistons: Game summary

Playing on short rest, the Pistons came out fast and grabbed a 15-7 lead after five minutes. LA pushed the pace to open the game, but the hosts thrived in the run-and-gun style. Behind Tim Hardaway Jr. and Tobias Harris, Detroit put the home team ahead 33-22 after one quarter.

LeBron James had eight second-quarter points while Anthony Davis finished the first half with 18. The Pistons leaned on a balanced scoring attack to offset the Lakers superstars' output. Detroit led 67-53 at halftime.
