Lakers superfan Snoop Dogg spotted in Dallas to catch pivotal Game 5 between Mavericks and Timberwolves

LA Lakers superfan Snoop Dogg was in attendance to watch the pivotal, and so far, a one-sided Game 5 skirmish between the Dallas Mavericks and the Minnesota Timberwolves. The rapper was seen making his way courtside during the first quarter and was later pictured sitting next to music producer Jimmy Jam courtside. The duo was seen showing off Wolves jerseys with their names on it and 24 as the number.

You can watch Snoop Dogg arriving at the venue to watch the Mavericks vs T-Wolves marquee clash.

The 'Young, Wild & Free' star perhaps made the game just in time to watch Luka Donic torch the T-Wolves with 20 points even before the end of the first quarter. Doncic outscored the entire Minnesota side by himself to help the Mavericks get into a strong position.

Snoop Dogg had some advice for Lakers' offseason targets amid the ongoing WCF between Mavericks and Timberwolves

Known for keeping his thoughts candid, Snoop Dogg, a well-known Lakers fan, had some advice for the team for the upcoming offseason after their first-round exit at the hands of the Denver Nuggets. And he had an LA native in mind to help the franchise.

Speaking on the Stephen. A Smith Show, the rapper believed Klay Thompson was the answer (Start at 8:35):

“I’m hopeful that we can get us a Klay Thompson. His dad is Mychal, he works for the Lakers, it’s an easy transit down the road. I mean, he doesn’t fit with them anymore. They’re trying to minimize him. He needs to be on a team where he is wide open, and we love getting him that look. Right now, he’s fighting to get the ball. And that’s not what he does,” Snoop said.

Thompson will be an unrestricted free agent this summer, and there is some doubt as to whether the Golden State Warriors will retain the 5x All-Star. He has also generated interest from other teams in the league with Orlando Magic continuing to do the rounds.

The Lakers are yet to make offseason moves after firing Darvin Ham as their head coach. At the time of writing, the Lakers are linked to JJ Redick with rumor mills churning that he may succeed Ham as the franchise's head coach for the upcoming season. There have also been reports of the team looking to add a third star to the team to bolster their chances of winning a title.

For now, it looks like a different team to root for, for Snoop Dogg and only time will tell if it is the Mavericks who he is cheering for.
