LeBron James pays tribute to the late Jerry West

The entire NBA is dealing with the loss of a legendary figure, Jerry West. Over the years, West had been involved in the league, influencing teams, players and even fans to be great at what they do. One of the players who's had the pleasure of experiencing the impact of West is LeBron James.

It didn't take long for James to write a touching tribute to "The Logo" on social media on Wednesday.

"Will truly miss our convos my dear friend! My thoughts and prayers goes out to your wonderful family! Forever love Jerry! Rest in Paradise my guy!" James posted on X.

Back in 2022, James received one of the highest compliments from West. The former Lakers star praised the former top pick for what he's accomplished in the league. He compared him to a Swiss army knife as he could do everything on the court. The late star also wished for fans and critics to leave the current star alone.
