LeBron James and the LA Lakers are looking to keep their season alive on Saturday but it has not stopped 'The King' from having chill time with his family in the lead-up to the big game.

They recently had a pizza night at home, and captured the moment to post it on his Instagram story.

LeBron James and Co. are up for a near-Sisyphean task of coming back from a 0-3 series deficit against the reigning NBA champions Denver Nuggets in their opening-round NBA playoff series.

They need to win four straight games, beginning on Sunday in Game 4 in Los Angeles.

The Lakers found themselves in the tough predicament after failing to protect home turf in Game 3 on Thursday.

They got off to a solid start in the contest but just could not sustain it in the rest of the game. In the middle quarters, the Lakers were outscored 60-42 by the Nuggets during the stretch to fall to an 83-75 deficit leading to the final canto.

Denver was not to surrender the lead from there on their way to the 112-105 victory.

LeBron James finished the game with 26 points, nine assists, six rebounds and two steals, while Anthony Davis had 33 points and 15 rebounds.

Save for Austin Reeves, who had 22 points, the team did not get much from the rest of the squad, particularly starting point guard D'Angelo Russell, who had zero points, going 0-of-7 from the field in 24 minutes of play.

LeBron James says mindset still the same ahead of Game 4 against the Nuggets

LeBron James said he has been playing basketball at a high level for a long time now and the mindset has always been the same for him; To go out and compete. Such remains as he tries to lead the LA Lakers to the tough task of coming back from a 0-3 playoff series deficit against the Denver Nuggets.

During the postgame press conference following their 112-105 loss in Game 3 of their best-of-seven NBA first-round playoff series on Thursday, 'The King' said there is always pressure to deliver in the predicament they are in but they should not allow themselves to be overwhelmed by it.

The four-time NBA champion said:

"It's the postseason. We're professionals. You're supposed to have anxiety and pressure, feel the pressure, that's what it's about. That's what the postseason is about."

In the ongoing playoff series against the NBA champions Nuggets, James has been going for 26.3 points in 40 minutes of play. He has been hitting 56.4% from the field and 41.2% from three. The NBA veteran also averages 9.7 assists, 6,7 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 1.3 blocks.
