Lebron James' wife Savannah James issues apology for N-word incident during ‘sneaky link’ vs. ‘side chick’ talk

Aside from being known as the wife of LeBron James, Savannah James has also dabbled her hand in the podcast "Everybody's Crazy," which she co-hosts with April McDaniel. During their latest episode which premiered on Tuesday, they were talking about the difference between a "sneaky link" from a "side chick," as they received a call from a listener.

James and McDaniel previously had their own interpretations of what separates the two from one another. It eventually led to LeBron James' wife sharing her hatred of being called "wifey" back when she and the Lakers star weren't married yet.

In the middle of her talking point, she accidentally blurted out the n-word and quickly paused before stating an apology. (Start at 19:55)

"I hate, loathe 'wifey' with my whole entire soul. Because n**** don't. Oh, I'm sorry. I' m sorry," James said. "Don't call me your wifey, I'm not. I politely tell my husband back in the day, he used to introduce me, 'This my wife" I had to pull him to the side ... don't introduce me as that please. I am not your wife and I deserve that title when the time is right."

Savannah explained that back then she wanted to be given the right to reserve that moment for when she was finally married.
