LeBron James' wife Savannah James looking forward to lavish times as she set 'no compromise' relationship goals with Lakers star
As one of the top figures in the NBA and pop culture, LeBron James constantly has a jam-packed schedule. While his wife is very accommodating to his lifestyle, she opened up on her stern plans with the 20-time All-Star.
On her "Everybody's Crazy" podcast, Savannah James pulled back the curtain a little on her relationship with LeBron. She said that quality time is important to her, no matter what the setting is. Understanding that his NBA schedule can be rigorous at times, she understands and accepts LeBron wanting to be laid back when it comes to his free time.
Later in the podcast, Savannah James touched on the concrete plans she made with LeBron James. No matter how he feels, she's determined to go to all of the top restaurants in the LA area.
(17:23) "I saw something on Instagram, and it was like the top 12 resturants in LA," Savannah said. "So I sent it to him, and I said bi-weekly, we going to one of these resturants when I'm off my cleanse.
"That's going to be in the book, that's what we doing. No compromise, we know where we going."
LeBron and Savannah's relationship reached new heights this year, as another member of their family has reached the NBA. Earlier this year, she got to see her husband and son make history with the LA Lakers as the first teammate father-son duo.
Savannah James shares thoughts on Bronny and LeBron James playing together
Among the many people in the crowd to see Bronny and LeBron James play together on opening night was Savannah James. During an interview with Bustle, she provided an inside look at how she felt leading up to the historic moment.
Savannah started off by talking about how surreal it is for her to have a child in the NBA. She's still caught up in Bronny reaching the pros and navigating this new chapter of his life.
Later on, Savannah reflected on the night LeBron James achieved his goal of playing alongside his son in the NBA. As expected, she had a lot of nerves for her son as he embarked on this new journey. That said, Savannah said that overall she was filled with a lot of happy emotions.
"I didn’t get as emotional as I thought I would. When I saw them on the court on TV for the first time is when I cried. I was so anxious for the moment to happen," Savannah said. "but all good feels."
LeBron and Bronny have had a few chances to play together since opening night, but it's unclear when it will happen again. For now, the former second-round pick is in the G-League to focus on his development.
