LeBron James' wife Savannah James showers love on Olympics MVP with touching post

LeBron James' wife, Savannah, was present during Team USA's win over France in the gold medal game of the men's basketball tournament at the 2024 Paris Olympics. After the team's win, Savannah showered her husband with love in a dedicated post on social media.

The mother of three shared on her Instagram story an image of LeBron celebrating the United States' victory in Paris. The LA Lakers star won his third Olympic gold medal; his first since 2012.

Savannah added a nice touch by putting red, white and blue colored heart emojis together with a gold medal emoji in her post.

Savannah arrived in France with the rest of the family to support LeBron and Team USA in their quest for Olympic glory. The couple was even pictured having a date near the Eiffel Tower, which caused some to question the security arrangements at the sporting event, as per Marca.

LeBron and Savannah reportedly like to use the metro train to move around the city despite having bomb threats in late July. Nevertheless, it has been smooth sailing for Team USA on and off the court for the rest of the tournament.

Now that the men's basketball tournament is over, the players can look forward to celebrating their gold medal before going on vacation. They will have a short time with themselves and their family before training camp starts next month.

The 2028 Olympics will be held in USA, within the city of Los Angeles. LeBron would be 43 years old by then, which makes him unsure if he'll be playing to get a fourth gold medal.

"I can't see myself playing in LA," LeBron told ESPN's Marc J. Spears.

Some LA Lakers fans might panic with the statement, but LeBron was clearly referring to the Olympic games. He recently signed a two-year deal to stay with the Lakers so he's not going anywhere. He is also set to possibly make history next season when he gets to play alongside his son Bronny.

They will be the first father-son duo to share the same court in NBA history. Nevertheless, it's going to be hard to see James make another commitment to Team USA at the age of 43. While he could certainly do it with the way he's taking care of his body, it's going to be much more difficult as he ages.
