Nick Wright's list of the "Top 50 NBA Players of the Last 50 Years" featured LeBron James at No. 1. He placed Michael Jordan at No. 3 and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar above the Chicago Bulls legend at No. 2.

In a video announcing the list, Wright explained why he placed James at No. 1. He highlighted the Lakers forward's longevity and numerous achievements to drive home his point.
"At every different age-benchmark of his career, he has been his best at something different."
"He, of course, is the only member of the '30K-10K-10K' club - 30,000 points, 10,000 rebounds, 10,000 assists. What's more amazing is he is also the only member of the '10K-10K-10K' club. So he has 37,000 change, 10,000 and 10,000. No one else has 10,000, 10,000, 10,000."
Should LeBron James be considered the greatest of all-time?
Nick Wright made a bold statement by placing LeBron James at No. 1 on his list. Although he did a solid job of justifying his decision, fans were not too happy that the Lakers forward was ranked above Jordan.
James is undoubtedly one of the greatest to ever play the game of basketball. His extensive resume speaks for itself.
Heading into his 20th season in the league, James is on the verge of another career milestone. He could surpass Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as the NBA's top points scorer. Breaking this record will strengthen his claim in the GOAT debate. But one aspect that takes the shine away from his resume is his record in NBA Finals.
James has reached the NBA Finals 10 times, but has won only four titles. This is in contrast to Michael Jordan, who had a perfect 6-0 record in Finals.
