“Love the shirt”: 76ers social media shows love to Billie Eilish for rocking iconic franchise tee in latest concert
Billie Eilish rocked Wells Fargo Arena, home of the NBA's Philadelphia 76ers, on Saturday during her “Hit Me Hard and Soft” concert tour. The crowd inside the arena went wild when she came on stage wearing a retro Sixers jersey. The uniform had her name on the back as if the fans needed to know who was performing.
The 76ers’ social media account on X, formerly Twitter, reacted to the nine-time Grammy-Award-winning artist's sartorial choice:
“@billieeilish LOVE the shirt! [smiley emoji]”
Billie Eilish’s tour commenced in Quebec on Sep. 29. The performance in Philadelphia was one of many before ending with back-to-back concerts in Dublin, Ireland. Philly had a huge turnout in her last concert in the city in 2022. The Los Angeles native reportedly performed over 20 songs for her concert at Wells Fargo Arena.
After dropping by Philadelphia, her stops will include TD Garden, the Boston Celtics' home floor and Madison Square Garden, home of the New York Knicks. She is also scheduled to hit Chicago, Denver and Portland, cities with NBA franchises.
Billie Eilish has won other NBA jerseys besides the Philadelphia 76ers in past concerts
The Philadelphia 76ers jersey wasn't the only one Billie Eilish wore in her past performances. During her “Happier Than Ever, The World Tour” in 2022-23, she had a concert at Madison Square Garden. Unsurprisingly, she had a New York Knicks jersey on.

Nearly a month later, Eilish took her talents to Windy City where it made sense to wear a Chicago Bulls jersey. And, it wasn’t just any uniformshe had on. The fans inside the United Center exploded when she appeared decked in Michael Jordan’s iconic No. 23 Bulls jersey.
