Mark Cuban flames Conservative commentator for suggesting Tim Walz's son "might have mental problems"

The Democratic National Convention has seen a flurry of popular figures, from NBA stars to talkshow hosts, endorsing Kamala Harris for the next President of U.S.A. Tim Walz is notably the Democratic Party's nominee for Vice-President. These moments have seen widely positive reactions among Democratic voters. However, a distasteful X post from a Conservative commentator attracted criticism.

"The kid might have mental problems, but he's acting just like Tim Walz! So what's Walz's excuse?" the comment read.

Dallas Mavericks minority owner Mark Cuban was quick to jump in and offer his thoughts on the comment, defending Tim Walz and his son.

"You've never had that feeling have you," Cuban questioned. "So proud of someone you love, that you can't hold back. Every emotion you can feel, comes pouring out. It's the best feeling in the world."

Cuban was one of thousands of X users to respond to the classless comment, with many fans coming down on the source of the post.
