The Dallas Mavericks rallied from a 95-82 deficit entering the fourth quarter to beat the Memphis Grizzlies 121-116 in an Emirates NBA Cup game. Spencer Dinwiddie hit back-to-back 3-pointers with under two minutes left to help push the Mavs to the come-from-behind win. Luka Doncic had eight points and three assists in the final frame.

The Grizzlies' dominant 38-22 advantage in the third quarter gave them control of the game. However, they allowed the home team to turn the tables on them in the last 12 minutes. Ja Morant paced the losing side with 31 points, four assists, three steals and two rebounds.

Doncic scored 24 of his 37 points in the first half. He added 12 rebounds, four assists and four steals. Five other Mavericks finished in double-digit scoring to help the Slovenian. Dallas kept its slim hopes alive for a quarterfinal slot in the NBA Cup.

The Grizzlies took a 26-25 lead after the first quarter behind 10 points from Jaren Jackson Jr. Desmond Bane and Santi Aldama combined for 10 points to help the star forward.
