"Naaahhh this is crazy bro" - Bryce James left speechless at chance for Bronny James to play alongside their father LeBron James

The second child of LeBron James, Bryce, was speechless after his older brother, Bronny James, was drafted by the LA Lakers on Thursday. The Lakers used their 55th pick to draft the son of the 2020 Finals MVP. Following the selection, fans, friends and family members were on cloud nine on social media.

Bronny has a chance to do what other players could only dream of, to play with his father in the NBA as the first father-son duo in the league. Usually, when players get to play with their family members, they do so with their brothers or cousins.

But the James family should make history this season since they will also play for the same team. While LeBron is reportedly expected to opt out of his current deal, the Lakers are eager to offer him a new contract. This will allow him to play alongside his firstborn.

Meanwhile, Bryce is as emotional as the other family members. He posted a photo of himself and his older brother on his Instagram story, and he didn't have much to say.

"Naaahhh this is crazy bro," Bryce posted on IG.

NBA stars react to the Lakers drafting Bronny James

The Lakers' 55th pick was probably the most anticipated second-round pick in league history. While many were expecting that Bronny James would be selected, people still waited for the moment to happen. Most of the NBA community was invested in the draft selection.

NBA stars made it known how they felt about the arrival of Bronny. Here are some of what the other stars said.

"BRON Getting To See His Son In The Same Jersey As Him Gotta Be The Biggest FLEX 💪🏽 Shoutout BRONNY!!!!!" Dejounte Murray posted.
"Imagine being able to play with your son! This is historic, having 2 boys my self I couldn’t image how that would feel," Zach LaVine also chimed in.
"You’d do it for your child too , so don’t hate," RJ Hampton tweeted.

Even the biggest critic of LeBron, Skip Bayless, had something wholesome to say after Bronny was selected.

"LeBron James has earned the right to make what just happened happen. He will play professional basketball with his oldest son, who was born to play with his father. Bronny's game perfectly complements LeBron's. 3&D. High IQ, low ego. Shares dad's feel for the game. Can't wait," Bayless posted.

Many are anticipating the debut game of Bronny with his father.
