“Nah Steph got it”: Kiyan Anthony captures Steph Curry’s fluid move right before Olympic gold winning dagger

Steph Curry absolutely dominated his opponents when it mattered the most. The 2024 Paris Olympics Men's Basketball semifinal and the gold medal game were all about the Chef cooking his opponents, scoring 36 and 24 points respectively. In the fourth quarter of the final, Curry hit a dagger that sent fans into a frenzy; including Carmelo Anthony's son Kiyan.

With just over 30 seconds remaining in the game, Curry decided to put an end to France's hopes of winning. The Golden State Warriors star hit a three-point shot over two French defenders, and he capped it off with his signature "night night" celebration to make it more memorable.

This was the first time that Curry participated in the Olympics. He accumulated 89 points across six games and shot 22 out of 46 3-point attempts.

Dejounte Murray ranks Steph Curry top 5 among NBA greats after gold medal game heroics

The argument that Steph Curry was among the top five players in the all-time great list started when he won his fourth NBA title in 2022. After Curry won his maiden NBA Finals MVP award, the claim around his greatness became as legitimate as any player in the league's history who has achieved the same accolades.

His fellow players also agree on Curry's status as, after his heroics in the Olympic final, Dejounte Murray praised him on X (formerly Twitter).

"STEPHHHHHH TOP 5 EVER I REPEAT TOP 5 EVERRRRRR!!!!!," Murray wrote.

Curry is a four-time NBA champion, a Finals MVP, a two-time league MVP and now: an Olympic gold medalist. He is also a 10-time NBA All-Star, a four-time All-NBA First Team and a two-time scoring champion among many more individual awards.

Curry's resume isn't just about what he has achieved on the basketball court. The Warriors star is a beloved generational talent who changed basketball forever and brought the game outside the 3-point line.
