NBA games today on TV (13th March 2023): Which games will be televised today?

NBA action continues tonight, Monday, March 13, as seven games are in the offing. Teams are down to their last 15 games or so, which means that those vying for a playoff spot are in the crucial stretch of the season.

Several of the games, the earliest of which will start at 7:00 PM ET, have significant play-in and playoff implications. Catch the heated competition by taking note of where and when these matchups are going to happen.

NBA keeps Memphis Grizzlies versus Dallas Mavericks game on national TV

Tonight’s matchup between the visiting Memphis Grizzlies and the host Dallas Mavericks will start at 7:30 PM ET. The NBA will feature the game on national TV despite the absence of two of the league’s biggest and most bankable stars.

Luka Doncic, who is dealing with a left thigh strain, will miss his second consecutive game. He is listed as day-to-day.

Ja Morant, on the other hand, is not even with the Grizzlies. Following his controversial Instagram post, he has been suspended for two games and will be out for the next four to engage in a “healing process.”

Mavericks Injury Report vs. Grizzlies:

Reggie Bullock - probable (right quad contusion)
JaVale McGee - probable (right ankle sprain)
Kyrie Irving - questionable (right foot soreness)
Luka Doncic - out (left thigh strain)

Minus two of the NBA’s most recognizable faces, the Grizzlies and the Mavericks, will be going all out. Dallas, in particular, is in danger of missing the play-in tournament, which will make this game very crucial.

The Grizzlies, meanwhile, are trying to cement a top-four finish. After spending most of the season holding second place behind the Denver Nuggets, they’ve dropped to third. Finishing as one of the top four seeds will give them a home-court advantage in the first round of the playoffs.

ESPN will air the game live on national TV, while Bally Sports Dallas and Bally Sports Memphis will do the same from local areas.

Phoenix Suns at Golden State Warriors will air nationally at 10:00 PM ET

Kevin Durant will not be available when the Phoenix Suns visit the Golden State Warriors.

Kevin Durant will reunite with some of his former Golden State Warriors teammates while watching from the sidelines. The Phoenix Suns will visit the Chase Center without the former NBA MVP, who is dealing with a sprained left ankle.

The marquee matchup will still have plenty of firepower as Devin Booker, Chris Paul and Deandre Ayton will be available. Golden State will parade Steph Curry, Klay Thompson and probably Draymond Green.

Phoenix, who holds a 37-30 record, is fourth in the Western Conference and will be looking to keep it that way. They’re just two games ahead of the LA Clippers (36-33) in the race to gain a first-round home-court advantage.

The defending NBA champs, on the other hand, are desperately trying to barge into at least the top six. They’re currently in that spot with a 35-33 win-loss slate, just two games ahead of the New Orleans Pelicans (33-35), from the 12th spot.

ESPN will air the game live while NBCS and Bally Sports Arizona will cover it locally.
