NBA games today on TV (15th March 2023): Which games will be televised today?

The NBA will showcase five games tonight, starting with the matchup between the Denver Nuggets and the Detroit Pistons at 7:00 PM ET. Nikola Jokic’s team will be looking to snap a four-game losing streak against the Pistons, whose 16-54 record is the worst in the league.

Bally Sports Detroit and ALT2 will cover the games live locally.

Hostilities will open between the Sacramento Kings and the Brooklyn Nets at 7:30 PM ET. The game will take place at the plush Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

The Kings (40-27) are trying to chase down the Memphis Grizzlies (41-26) for the second seed in the west. They still have a chance to overtake the slumping Denver Nuggets (46-23) for the best win-loss slate in their conference.

Meanwhile, the Brooklyn Nets have surprised many with the way they’ve been playing since Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving were traded. Brooklyn are 5-2 in their last seven games with wins over the Boston Celtics, the Minnesota Timberwolves and Denver Nuggets.

The Nets are looking to nail the sixth spot and outright playoff berth in the Eastern Conference.

The Kings versus Nets matchup will air live on YES and NBC Sports California.

Both games are also available via the NBA League Pass.

The Orlando Magic will take on the Phoenix Suns on national TV

The young Orlando Magic (28-41) team is desperately looking to spoil someone’s playoff hopes. They’re also still hoping to crash into the play-in tournament as they’re just four games behind the Washington Wizards (32-37) for the 10th seed.

The Phoenix Suns, on the other hand, are itching to snap a three-game losing streak, which dropped their record to 37-32. Phoenix currently owns the fourth seed in the Western Conference but is just one game ahead of the Golden State Warriors (36-33).

The LA Clippers, who have the same record as the Warriors, are also hot on the heels of the Suns. If the Suns don’t snap out of their poor form, they could drop out of the top four and even slide into play-in territory.

“It’s just not fair”

The Suns are furious after their loss to the Milwaukee Bucks. Monty Williams complained about the disparity in free-throw shots that favored Giannis Antetokounmpo. They’ll be looking to vent their frustrations on the visiting Orlando Magic.

NBA TV will cover the game live while Bally Sports Arizona and Bally Sports Florida will air the same game locally.

Other NBA games

The OKC Thunder are gallantly pushing their way into at least one play-in ticket. They are eighth in the Western Conference with a 34-35 record. A win against the Toronto Raptors will increase their chances of avoiding elimination.

Like the Thunder, the Raptors are clinging on to the 9th spot in the Eastern Conference. Toronto is just one game ahead of the 11th-seed Chicago Bulls (31-36).

Given both teams’ precarious situations, the matchup between the Thunder and the Raptors promises to be an exciting one.

The game starts at 7:30 PM ET and will air live on SN and Bally Sports Oklahoma.

The Indiana Pacers and the Milwaukee Bucks square off at 8:00 PM ET at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee. The home team has already clinched a playoff spot, the first in the NBA to do so, after yesterday’s win over the Phoenix Suns.

The Pacers, meanwhile, are in the thick of a fight for a play-in spot.

Indiana vs Milwaukee will air live on Bally Sports Wisconsin and Bally Sports Indiana.

Both games are also available via the NBA League Pass.
