NBA games today on TV (24th March 2023): Which games will be televised today?
The NBA will have a marathon scheduled tonight with 10 games available for fans to watch and enjoy. The matchup between the Indiana Pacers, which will be nationally televised, will open the slate at 7:00 PM ET. Local coverage of the said game will be handled by NBC Sports Boston and Bally Sports Indiana.
7:00 PM ET will also be the tip-off for the game pitting the San Antonio Spurs against the Washington Wizards. NBC Sports Washington and Bally Sports San Antonio will air the game live.
Thirty minutes later, the Toronto Raptors will host the Detroit Pistons. SN and Bally Sports Detroit will cover the game locally.
At 8:00 PM, the Houston Rockets will have their rematch with the Memphis Grizzlies. NBA superstar Ja Morant returned from a nine-game absence in the first meeting between the two teams.
The Charlotte Hornets and the Dallas Mavericks begin their matchup at 8:30 PM ET. Bally Sports Dallas and Bally Sports Charlotte will simulcast the said game.
The Milwaukee Bucks, owners of the NBA’s best win-loss record, take on the Utah Jazz in Salt Lake City at 9:00 PM ET. ATTSN-RM and Bally Sports Wisconsin will feature the game locally.
Another nationally televised game takes place at 10:00 PM ET when the Philadelphia 76ers visit the Golden State Warriors. NBA TV, NBC Sports Bay Area and NBC Sports Philadelphia will cover the game live.
Also in the same time slot is the game between the Chicago Bulls and Portland Trail Blazers. ROOT-SP+ and NBC Sports Chicago will air the game live locally.
At 10:00 PM ET, the Kevin Durant-less Phoenix Suns hope to snap their losing streak against the Sacramento Kings. NBC Sports California and Bally Sports Arizona will handle the game's coverage.
Finally, the OKC Thunder and the LA Lakers will cap the night off. Spectrum SportsNet and Bally Sports Oklahoma will feature the game live locally.
All games are covered by the NBA League Pass except those that are on national TV.
The Golden State Warriors will try to extend their winning streak to three when they host the Philadelphia 76ers
After losing 11 straight road games, the Golden State Warriors just won back-to-back matches away from San Francisco. They return to the Chase Center with a matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Philly has already clinched a playoff berth and could be without Joel Embiid (calf) and James Harden (achilles), who are both questionable.
76ers head coach Doc Rivers expressed confidence in the NBA MVP candidate’s availability tonight. But it remains to be seen if he will be cleared to play as Philly will be playing the first game of a back-to-back set.
If both James Harden and Joel Embiid are ruled out, the defending NBA champs will be heavily-favored to win the game.
The OKC Thunder and the LA Lakers will battle for a significantly crucial win tonight in Los Angeles
The OKC Thunder and the LA Lakers are tied with a 36-37 record. They’re also even in their season series with both teams winning one game apiece. A win today by any of the said teams will be crucial to their playoff aspirations.
The last time the two teams met, Anthony Davis was forced to sit out due to his unavailability in back-to-back games. Without AD, the Thunder still couldn’t overcome the Lakers on their home floor.
The final game between the two teams will be at Crypto.com Arena with a presumably healthy and available Davis.
