NBA insider Dan Favale showed his belief that the Miami Heat can move their rising star, Jaime Jaquez Jr. despite the sophomore having a great rookie season.

Jaime Jaquez Jr. was an excellent choice for the Miami Heat last season. He averaged 11.9 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists, with an impressive 48.9% field goal shooting percentage.
He was an essential asset for his team and utilized his skills in the postseason to cover for Jimmy Butler's absence. He finished fourth in the Rookie of the Year award rankings and ninth in the Sixth Man of the Year rankings.
Favale praised the Heat rookie for his off-ball movement and great footwork, which made him one of the best rookies alongside Victor Wembanyama and Chet Holmgreen last season.
"Jaquez is a savvy mover and shaker away from the ball who unbottles complex and shifty footwork when on it," he said.
Entering his second year, Jaime Jaquez Jr. is a player with great potential and according to Favale, the Heat can cash in on him as their future draft equity.
"He has built up enough could-be-anything equity to gain them access to targets that their future draft equity alone will not," he added.
While there has been no news of trade talks concerning Jaquez, it is still a possibility that the fans can expect the move this off-season.
