Dallas Mavericks vs Denver Nuggets playoffs head-to-head stats
The Dallas Mavericks and the Denver Nuggets have not faced each other ever in the Western Conference finals. However, the two teams have faced each other in the playoffs two different times. In 1988 the Mavs swept the Nuggets, winning the series with a 4-2 record.
The next time they faced each other was in 2009 and this time Denver had the upper hand. The Nuggets crushed the Mavs to get an easy with a 4-1 record. So, if the Nuggets are the victorious ones on Sunday, it will be the third time these teams will face each other in the playoffs.
Dallas Mavericks vs Minnesota Timberwolves playoffs head-to-head stats
The Minnesota Timberwolves and the Dallas Mavericks have faced each other only once in the NBA playoffs. The two teams went against each other in 2002 when the playoffs series were best-of-five instead of best-of-seven. The Mavericks were able to glide past on to the next round with a 3-0 record.
If the Wolves win on Sunday, this will be the first time they will face the Mavericks ever since the format change for playoffs.
