The Celtics continued their scoring assault by unleashing a barrage of 3-pointers. On top of New York’s struggle, Boston pressured their adversaries with solid defense.

Towards the middle of the third quarter, Boston secured their biggest lead of the night with a 29-point deficit. This was thanks to their scorching hot performance from beyond the arc. The Celtics drained 7 of 8 long-distance shots to secure a 99-70 lead with 5:26 remaining in the third.

Despite his first-half struggle, Mikal Bridges found his rhythm in the third. He made 12 points, including a couple of three-point shots to keep up with the Celtics’ remarkable shooting. Ultimately, the Celtics were too much for the Knicks as Boston secured an overwhelming 132-109 victory.

Tatum had an efficient stroke, shooting 72.7% from beyond the arc and 77.8% overall. The Celtics forward nearly matched his career high of nine 3-pointers in a single game. Tatum sank 8 of 11 attempts on Tuesday.
