Patrick Beverley is in splits with his future in Israel partly because of her fiance Mandana Bolourchi's family
Patrick Beverley left the NBA last season and took his talents overseas. He joined Hapoel Tel Aviv to play in the Israeli Premier League. However, the former Milwaukee Bucks guard is reconsidering his decision and his future with the team.
BasketNews reported on Instagram on Nov. 28 that Beverley is thinking of leaving Israel because of the ongoing conflict in the nation and her fiance's family.
"A lot of people don't understand that I have a fiancee who's from Iran," Beverley said on his 'Pat Bev Podcast.' "Me being here is causing a lot of added stress from both families. I ain't gonna say she hit me with an ultimatum, but I got some decisions to make."
Beverley has been playing well overseas. In the nine EuroCup games, he has averaged 12.2 points, 5.0 rebounds and 5.2 assists. He has yet to make any final announcements about his future in Israel but fans can expect him to reveal his decision at the end of his team's season.
