All-Star guard Klay Thompson is marking his first year with the Dallas Mavericks with the release of his 10th signature shoe with the Anta brand—KT X.
Inspired by the colors of the Mavericks, Thompson is expected to sport this Dallas-themed shoe once he starts the campaign after signing a three-year deal in the offseason. He spent the last 13 seasons at Golden State before making this Dallas move.
On Wednesday, images of the KT X "Dallas" were shared on social media to give fans a better perspective of what the latest shoe looks like.

Klay Thompson's latest shoe no doubt takes cue from the Mavericks, with the touches of Dallas blue complementing the silver and gray upper. On the outsole, the signature of the four-time NBA All-Star can be found.
Like all 'KT' shoes, it promises durability, proper absorption and stable support for better performance on the court.
The KT X is set for a fall release, marking the 10th year of the partnership between Thompson and Anta, which has resulted in 10 million pairs of KT shoes being sold to date.
Klay Thompson is excited to play alongside fellow Anta ambassador Kyrie Irving
Klay Thompson did not say whether being signed with Anta played a role in his decision to join fellow brand ambassador Kyrie Irving with the Dallas Mavericks. He, however, expressed excitement to explore the possibilities of playing alongside the explosive guard.
Thompson and Irving are two of the biggest names signed with the Chinese shoe brand and it was reported that Irving was present when the Mavericks presented their proposal to free-agent 'KT' to bring his talents to Dallas.
The four-time NBA champion eventually agreed to play for a three-year, $50 million deal later on.
Upon his arrival in Dallas, Klay Thompson spoke about his relationship with Irving and expressed his excitement that they are now playing on the same side.
He said:
"Kyrie and I are good friends. We came to the league together in 2011... and I've always been a fan of Kai's game. He actually was one of the first people to text me just how grateful he is to be here and how the city embraced them...
"Guarding him was hell, so it's nice to be on the other end of that for once and see other defenders get loose and get shook by him. That's going to be a good sight to see," he added.
Klay Thompson joins a team that made significant headway last season by making it all the way to the NBA Finals on the lead of resident superstars Luka Doncic and Irving.
He said that while he may not be the player he was before, he can still shoot with the best of them and can provide the leadership needed for the team to go over the hump.
Last season, his final year with the Golden State Warriors, Thompson averaged 17.9 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists while shooting 43.2% from the floor and 38.7% from deep.
