According to Lilah Ramzi of Vogue, the couple had their wedding in San Francisco, at the foot of the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. Ramzi reported that the couple always wanted to get married in the Bay Area. Andrews is from Oakland.

"We always knew we wanted to get married in the Bay Area, where Malika is from," McMenamin said. "When we arrived at Cavallo Point for the first time, it just felt right."

Given that the couple's careers are focused on covering basketball, the two featured a fully functional basketball hoop at their reception. A longtime friend of Andrews' mother, Diane Raike, officiated the wedding and incorporated traditions from Jewish and Catholic beliefs (Andrews is Jewish; McMenamin is Catholic).
