PHOTOS: Steph Curry's brand unveils De'Aaron Fox's 'Fox1' signature shoes in partnership with $3.3 billion sports giant

In 2023, De'Aaron Fox became the first athlete to sign with Steph Curry's "Curry Brand" at Under Armour. Ahead of the upcoming NBA season, photos have surfaced of the former All-Star getting his first signature shoe.

Along with getting his own kicks, the "Fox 1" also showcases Fox's logo: a fox that is shaped into the letter D. As expected, the shoes come in Sacramento Kings colors, purple and black. One of the minor details of the sneaker is that Curry's logo is also featured on it.

Since being drafted in 2017, Fox has emerged as one of the top two-way point guards in the league. His emergence into an All-Star-caliber talent was a major catalyst in the Kings ending their record-long postseason drought.

Fox gets his first signature shoe after what was arguably his best season in the NBA. He finished the 2023-24 campaign with averages of 26.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 5.6 assists. The 26-year-old also took home the steals title after averaging 2.0 per game.

Alongside Domantas Sabonis, Fox will be looking to get the Kings back into the postseason in 2025. Ironically enough, Sacramento took down Curry and the Golden State Warriors in the play-in tournament last season. However, the Kings' run came to an end not long after following a loss to the New Orleans Pelicans for the eighth seed.

Steph Curry has been the face of Under Armour's basketball division for over a decade now. His successful partnership with the brand has played a significant role in his net worth climbing to upwards of $240 million, per CelebrityNetWorth. Meanwhile, Under Armour is valued at $3.31 billion by Forbes, and many argue Curry has had a major role in that.

Steph Curry receives special gift after appearing at U.S. Open

Even though the Golden State Warriors didn't make the postseason, it has still been a busy summer for Steph Curry. As the former MVP made the rounds at big events, he received a special gift.

Earlier this summer, Curry competed alongside some of the NBA's top stars at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Since returning home with his first gold medal, he has showcased it on various big stages.

Among Steph Curry's recent stops with his gold medal was at the U.S. Open. He ended up walking away with multiple momentos to remember this occasion. Curry brought a tennis-themed basketball, which he had a handful of his competitors sign. Later on, he received a special gift from the committee: a tennis racket that had his logo webbed into the strings.

After a brief break in the action, Curry will soon have to start ramping up for another NBA season. Training camp is just a few weeks away, where he'll be called upon to lead a new-look Warriors squad.
