"Pilates complete already": Karl-Anthony Towns' girlfriend Jordyn Woods provides workout update with candid selfie on IG
Karl-Anthony Towns or "KAT" is recognized as one of the prominent big men playing in the NBA today. Aside from his all-star status in the basketball league, Towns is also boyfriend to American model Jordyn Woods. Outside of her celebrity endeavors, Woods recently shared a workout update on her Instagram stories where she got off from a successful Pilates session.
"Pilates complete already. Best way to start the day is with some body movement," Woods posted.
Karl-Anthony Towns' girlfriend recently revealed through Instagram stories that she has started dabbling her hand in boxing and tennis.
"Showing up for yourself. I started boxing and tennis," Woods posted.
Aside from her Pilates routine, it looked as if Woods had expanded her workout process to yield successful results.
Woods has a strong following on Instagram with 12 million fans, as she constantly shares updates through posts and stories. Aside from being known for her role in the reality TV show "Life of Kylie," her public appearances with the Timberwolves star have further strengthened her fame.
Jordyn Woods shared snaps of her Japan trip with Timberwolves star
Following the deepest postseason run that Karl-Anthony Towns was a part of, Jordyn Woods shared a couple of images from her vacation trip with the big man.
"Thank you Japan, be back soon," Woods posted.
Playing through an 82-game season is no walk in the park, especially for ball clubs who make the playoffs. This is why the NBA Offseason presents an opportunity for each player to make the most out of their free time, with some choosing to reconnect with their families and loved ones.
It was also all the more challenging for Towns, who missed 18 games of the Minnesota Timberwolves after he sustained a lateral meniscus tear in his left knee.
His availability on the team's roster proved its importance once the postseason kicked as he provided a scoring punch alongside Anthony Edwards to outlast the Phoenix Suns and the Denver Nuggets.
However, their promising journey ended up coming short in the Western Conference Finals against Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks, as they were eliminated in five games.
