Looking at Gilgeous-Alexander's performance in their NBA Cup semi-final game against the Houston Rockets, the OKC guard was at the top of his game and ready to win the tournament. "SGA" notched 32 points, eight rebounds, five assists, five steals and one block.

Ultimately, the Milwaukee Bucks came out on top and were crowned the 2024 NBA Cup champions. Giannis Antetokounmpo came up with a huge triple-double performance to carry his team to victory. As for Shail Gilgeous-Alexander, it was clearly an off night for him and the rest of the Thunder crew.

The OKC Thunder took on the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night for an NBA Cup finals match. Milwaukee came up with the victory as they beat OKC 97-81. None of the Thunder players could keep up with Giannis Antetokounmpo’s triple-double performance.
The Greek Freak added 26 points, 19 rebounds, 10 assists, three blocks and two steals to seal the deal for the Bucks. Leading the Thunder was none other than Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. SGA had an off night on Tuesday as he had a low accuracy in shooting with 22.2% from beyond the arc and 33.3% overall.
Nevertheless, Gilgeous-Alexander still notched 21 points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals. Unfortunately for OKC, none of SGA’s other teammates could step up to the occasion and try to match the wrath of the Greek Freak.
The Milwaukee Bucks are now the second team to ever win the NBA Cup. Giannis Antetokounmpo now joins LeBron James as one of the NBA all-time greats to win the newly added title.
