Shaquille O'Neal cracks up 'Inside the NBA' crew with crazy theory, doubles down on it: “There’s more than one moon”

Shaquille O'Neal is at it again with his antics on TNT's "Inside the NBA". Shaq shared a story about him driving at night somewhere past Auburn. While he was driving, he noticed the moon on his left side. As the big man switched directions, the moon suddenly appeared behind him. His conclusion was that there's more than one moon.

His co-hosts cracked up at how O'Neal came up with the bizarre theory. Ernie Johnson and Kenny Smith chuckled at his statements. Charles Barkley couldn't hold back and even humorously called Shaq a fool. A fitting tease for a guy whose name is attached to the "Shaqtin' a Fool" segment.

"I have a new theory. There's more than one moon. The other day I was riding, past Auburn as a matter of fact, and the moon was on the left. I keep going straight then making the turns and about 20 minutes later the moon was behind me. There's more than one moon," O'Neal said.
Shaq says there's more than one moon because he was driving and it didn't stay in the same place 😂 https://t.co/v6rlA7vFXn

TNT hired Shaquille O'Neal in 2011 to become one of the analysts on "Inside the NBA." He has become a fan favorite because of his antics on the show. Shaq loves messing with his co-hosts and is an absolute goofball. Due to that, TNT created a segment called "Shaqtin' a Fool" where they showcase NBA players messing up in-game.

Apparently, this isn't the first time the TNT hosts have talked about the moon. In 2017, the crew discussed how long it would take to get to the moon. Chuck and Kenny made fun of Shaq for enquiring about the duration of the journey to moon.

In 2016, Shaquille O'Neal fell for a trap set up by Ernie Johnson that led him to stumble down to the ground. It was a funny moment as Charles Barkley and Kenny Smith laughed at Big Diesel's pain. Shaq was accusing EJ the entire time while wrestling 'The Jet' who constantly teased him for falling down. It was one of those moments that makes the four of them so great together.

Shaquille O'Neal, Ernie Johnson, Kenny Smith and Charles Barkley are undeniably a great team. Their chemistry is unmatched and they've established a solid friendship with each other.
