Shaquille O'Neal recruits Dana White for a $100 million bet: "I want that f**king 100 million"

Former NBA star Shaquille O'Neal made a betting offer to the CEO and president of UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship), Dana White. The latter was the guest on the latest episode of The Big Podcast with Shaq and the big man had a gambling offer for his guest.

White has made it known to the public that he loves to gamble. The UFC CEO stays in Las Vegas and has all the time to gamble whenever he's not getting involved in events for his company. This made it easy for O'Neal to give him an idea of NBA betting.

According to Shaq, his co-host, Adam Lefkoe, has been teaching him about betting odds. It's now his goal to use them to his advantage and try to win $100 million. But he doesn't want to do it by himself, so he invited White to bet with him.

"I would like you to be my partner," O'Neal said. "He's [Lefkoe] teaching me about odds. If we bet $1 million on the Chicago Bulls, who have the worst odds ever and win it, we win $100 million. I'll put in $500 [thousand] or I'll put in $250 [thousand], you put in $250 [thousand] ... I want that f**king 100 million."

Lefkoe made it clear with the former LA Lakers superstar that it wasn't necessary to bet on the Bulls. He suggested other teams that they could pick to bet on and mentioned the Charlotte Hornets.

"I don't want them, the Charlotte Hornets suck."

The betting discussions started at the 31:00 mark.

Despite how unclear O'Neal was in explaining it, White seemed to be on board. The 54-year-old executive even suggested other gambling games that the two of them could partake in to try and win $100 million.

Shaquille O'Neal challenged Charles Barkley to a Power Slap match

Aside from the UFC, White also owns Power Slap, a sport where two players slap each other. The owner talked about how invested he got into it when he first saw what it was. The CEO officially launched the broadcast on January 2023 and it immediately became a hit among fans looking for something new. According to White, it's the most successful venture he's had in a short amount of time.

Shaquille O'Neal took the chance to challenge Charles Barkley to a match in Power Slap.

"September 19th, me versus you, Charles Barkley. I'mma smack the s**t out of your a**," O'Neal said.

White immediately loved the idea and is on board if a match between the two basketball icons happens.
