Shaquille O'Neal reveals where his net worth of nearly $400 million will go once he passes away

Shaquille O'Neal is one of the most decorated players in NBA history due to his on-court accomplishments. He also has countless endorsement deals and has been able to rack up wealth worth up to $400 million.

O'Neal's dominance on the court is still unmatched. Even with the way Giannis Antetokounmpo plays for the Milwaukee Bucks right now, it's incomparable to Shaq's prime during the 1990s and the 2000s. His showmanship is one of a kind and has allowed him to collect trophies in his NBA career.

Like an ordinary person, Shaquille O'Neal is slowly aging. While he's still at a reasonable age of 50, no one knows what could happen to the former LA Lakers All-Star center. In a video posted on YouTube, O'Neal talked about how much he cared for his family. His wealth has granted him a chance to make his family's life easier.

Although he didn't directly say that he'll leave his wealth to his family when his time comes, it's already implied given how much his family means to him.

"My family relied on me and everybody looked up to me. My grandmother used to tell me at an early age, 'You gonna be the one.'" O'Neal said.
"And I used to tell her, 'You know what grandma? When I get rich, Imma buy you a big old house in Newark, New Jersey.' That was one of the first things I did."
"So, to not be one of those things, I said to myself, 'Alright, I'm making a lot of money. Now, what do I do with it?'"

Generosity is one of the traits that has been associated with O'Neal's character. His genuine priority is to be able to help whoever he can and that's what has allowed him to prosper in his life.

Shaquille O'Neal's biggest trait is that he has a big heart for those in need. In random moments, he's often seen giving out gifts, especially to children.

Back in May 2021, O'Neal coordinated with Reebok and Soles4Souls to donate 500 pairs of shoes. Students at Wesley Lakes Elementary in McDonough, Georgia experienced Shaq's generosity first-hand. He did this by the end of the school year to put a smile on the kids' faces. (via OurWeekly.com)

"It’s all about the kids," Shaq said.

This isn't the only time the Hall of Famer has displayed his giant heart. Back in December 2018, he served as the biggest Santa Claus and gave gifts to kids during the holidays. In a video posted on Twitter, Shaq shared his project that was made possible by Zappos.

"Shaq-a-claus delivered new Shaq shoes to all the good little girls and boys this year... Thanks again to my friends at Zappos for Good for making it happen #PoweredByZappos" Shaq tweeted.
