The 3-point shooting marksman couldn't contain his excitement at what he had witnessed as the squad continued to ramp up in its preparations and conditioning.

During the camp shootaround, the Team USA roster was split into teams, with one unit wearing white jerseys and the other lineup donning dark blue jerseys. The excitement for the team continues to build among fans as the start of the 2024 Paris Olympics inches closer.

LeBron James talked about day one of USA Basketball camp
With day one of the USA Basketball training camp wrapped up, James highlighted the importance and excitement surrounding the process of building strong camaraderie with the whole team, as per Mark Medina.
"I felt like it was important for this summer to be able to go out there and play with the rest of the guys," James said. "Playing with Team USA has always been extremely fun. ... Day one was amazing."
Following USA's fourth-place finish in last year's FIBA World Cup, the program needed to shift towards constructing a roster that had more than enough talent to counter opponents in the Olympics. Ranging from elite shot-makers at every position to versatile two-way players, it remains hard to see any holes and weaknesses in the roster.
