Curry recorded 47 points, eight rebounds and eight assists, going 7-of-12 from downtown as the Warriors bested the Sacramento Kings 116-113 on Monday.
Kerr said after the game about his star player's performance:
"I would just say that Steph was just breathtaking. He's obviously one of the greatest players of all-time. And he plays so well on so many nights, but this even seemed like something special for him.
"17-for-24 [from the field], eight rebounds, eight asssists, no turnovers, hitting every big shot – he just put his on back.
"The other guys played with great energy. I thought the starting group did everything necessary to win the game. Wiggs [Andrew Wiggins] with a couple of big threes, Klay's defense, Draymond [Green], Loon [Kevon Looney] they were all fantastic.
"But that was just Steph Curry deciding we were going to win."
