Team South Sudan Men's Basketball 2024 Paris Olympics: Full roster, schedule and more
The South Sudan men's basketball team has qualified for the Olympics, which is no ordinary feat. The young team has earned its first appearance at the international competition after debuting in last year's FIBA World Cup. During the 2023 FIBA World Cup, the South Sudan men's basketball team capped it off by finishing 17th in the rankings. It was an immediate qualifier for the Olympic tournament as it was the African team with the highest positioning.

Originally, the team held scrimmages for their 25-man roster in training camp that involved participation from Phoenix Suns center Bol Bol. Eventually, this became the final roster for the team, which will be heading to Paris this summer.

The South Sudan men's basketball team is eager to get things started in its imminent debut at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Just making it to the tournament is an incredible accomplishment for this unit as it looks to make a strong impression in the competition.
