"This is your moment": Awed by Karl-Anthony Towns' inspiring season, girlfriend Jordyn Woods can't help but praise T'Wolves star

Over the weekend, Karl-Anthony Towns put together an impressive outing to help the Minnesota Timberwolves eliminate the Denver Nuggets. As he prepares for the first conference finals appearance of his career, his girlfriend praised him in a heartfelt social media post.

On Monday morning, Jordyn Woods posted a series of photos of her and Towns on Instagram. In the caption, she opened up on how proud she is of the All-Star big man for what he's endured to get where he is right now.

"Couldn’t be happier for this team and most importantly Karl," Woods wrote. "He has overcome so much adversity to get to the point in his career, let alone knee surgery earlier this season. I am so proud and in awe of him. This is your moment!"

Karl-Anthony Towns did a little bit of everything for the Timberwolves in their Game 7 win over the defending champions. He finished with 23 points, 12 rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block.

Alongside Anthony Edwards, Towns has played a key role in Minnesota's deep playoff run. In the postseason, he is averaging 18.8 PPG and 9.3 RPG while shooting 44% from beyond the arc.

Almost a decade after the franchise drafted him No. 1 overall, Towns has helped the Timberwolves reach the conference finals for the first time in two decades.

Jordyn Woods has always been Karl-Anthony Towns' biggest supporter

Karl-Anthony Towns and Jordyn Woods have been dating for four years now. The two met through some mutual friends and ended up building a strong relationship. Since they've been together, the model has been extremely supportive of Towns throughout his NBA career.

The post Woods made is far from the first time she praised Towns for his work on the court. One of her most heartfelt posts came this past summer during the FIBA World Cup.

For the first time in nearly a decade, Karl-Anthony Towns suited up for the Dominican Republic in international play. During the tournament, Woods made a post on Instagram, stating that the Minnesota Timberwolves star's late mother would be proud of him.

"I’m so proud of you @karltowns, I know your mom is looking down smiling ear to ear on the man you are becoming. It’s already written in the stars. Let’s go DR🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴 !!!"

While he was born and raised in New Jersey, Towns is eligible to play for the Dominican Republic because his mother is from there. As most know, Towns lost his mother in April of 2020 after a battle with COVID-19.

When Woods isn't supporting Towns in his career, she continues to grow in her field. Along with being a model and fashion designer, Woods also owns a health and fitness app.
