"Troll Trump"- George Karl reacts to Donald Trump's alleged leaked video calling Kamala Harris 'pathetic'
Former NBA head coach and Hall of Famer George Karl gave his take on a leaked video of former US President and Republican candidate Donald Trump. In the video that has been making the rounds on Twitter, Donald Trump can be seen making a range of controversial statements about the likes of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
The video was posted by Collin Rugg on Twitter, and immediately gained a response from George Karl, who last coached the Sacramento Kings in the 2015-16 campaign and was selected as the 2013 Coach of the Year.
In an obvious dig at Donald Trump, Karl wrote the following on Twitter:
“TT….Troll Trump.”
Donald Trump seen airing doubts over Kamala Harris and Joe Biden’s ability to discharge Presidential duties
In the leaked video, Donald Trump can be heard referencing a recent Presidential debate. The 78-year-old, who is looking for his second term as President, claimed that Joe Biden was quitting the race as a result of the debate. Trump said the following while handing out money to the cameraman:
“How did I do with the debate the other night? I kicked that old, broken down pile of cr*p. He's quitting the race. I got him out the race, and that means we have Kamala. I think she's going to be better. She's so bad. She's so pathetic. She's just so f**king bad."
Biden, currently serving as the President since being sworn in back in January 2021, is rumored to be competing with Kamala Harris to become the Democrat nominee for the upcoming 2024 Presidential Elections.
While he initially claimed that Kamala Harris would be a better candidate for the Democrats, Trump then claimed that Harris is also ‘pathetic and f***ing bad,’ before going on to question the two candidates’ ability to deal with fierce presidents such as those of Russia and China:
"Can you imagine [Biden] dealing with Putin and the president of China, who's a fierce person? He's a fierce man. Very tough guy."
Needless to say, Trump seemingly had little idea that he was being recorded, and seems to have aired his true thoughts on the Presidential elections/debate. With the elections set to be held on November 5, there is currently a lack of clarity over who will be facing off against Donald Trump.
