Video: Mike Budenholzer’s hilarious reaction goes viral as Giannis Antetokounmpo puts the ball out of bounds for brother Thanasis to sub in

Giannis Antetokounmpo got a hilarious reaction from coach Mike Budenholzer during the Milwaukee Bucks' 115-102 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Bucks were up by 14 points with 30 seconds left on the game clock.

The Timberwolves had already waved the white flag. Budenholzer asked Giannis' brother, Thanasis Antetokounmpo, to come off the bench. Thanasis waited for the game to pause, but Giannis ensured he didn't have to stay on the sidelines any longer.

The "Greek Freak" deliberately put the ball out of bounds with 17 seconds left on the shot clock so that Thanasis Antetokounmpo could sub into the game early. Coach Bud didn't seem impressed with how that possession played out as he gave a hilarious reaction, which went viral online. Here's the clip:

Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bucks in great spirits after a 9-0 start

The Milwaukee Bucks are in the middle of their best start to a season. They went on a 9-0 winning streak to start the year. The Bucks are the #1 defensive team and have the second-best net rating. The Bucks camp seems to be in great spirits, and rightly so.

They have achieved the feat without All-Star forward Khris Middleton, who is on the sidelines recovering from wrist surgery. Giannis Antetokounmpo has made a scintillating start, which has been key to the Bucks bagging a 100% winning record.

The two-time MVP is averaging 32.6 points, 12.9 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game, shooting 55.3% from the field. Antetokounmpo has dived deeper into his two-way abilities this year, which has been vital to the Bucks securing the best defensive rating.

It also helped the team stay afloat in the absence of Middleton. The Milwaukee Bucks displayed depth after securing their first win in the absence of Antetokounmpo in their previous outing against the OKC Thunder.

Teams around the league have been able to get results without their superstars, so the Bucks stand out in that regard. That will be massive for them as the season progresses, allowing their superstars to be in peak conditioning come playoff time.

The Milwaukee Bucks are looking like the team to beat despite playing at full strength, so their chances of a championship seem good early into the season.
