Video: Shaquille O'Neal gets a parody teaser for 'SHAQ' documentary from Charles Barkley & 'NBA on TNT' crew
NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal is a man of humor and will do anything to draw laughter. Because of this, his castmates at the "NBA on TNT" surprised the big man by making a parody trailer for his new documentary that's set to be released next week.
Shaq, Ernie Johnson, Kenny "The Jet" Smith and Charles Barkley never fail to make their viewers laugh. With the help of their crew, they added another hilarious video that their fans can enjoy. Ahead of O'Neal's documentary release, the crew poked fun at him by putting together entertaining clips to make a parody trailer.
Johnson's narration added more flair and comedy to an already humorous clip. The two-minute video was shared on the show and uploaded to its Twitter account.
All this is in good fun as all four guys are close friends. Even though Barkley and O'Neal once threw punches at each other on the court, they treat each other like brothers. Johnson and Smith are no exception as well. Both have been close to the Diesel because of their Emmy-award winning show.
Last month, O'Neal announced the development of his "SHAQ" documentary series. The series is expected to cover the beginning of the Hall of Famer's early life to his dominance in the NBA. In an article, Shaq relayed his excitement for his project, which he kept "real" from the start, according to People.com:
"I do feel like it is the most honest look into my life and career up until this point," O'Neal said. "I'm so proud of the work everyone has done to put it all together."
The series will air on HBO starting next week. It will also be available on HBO Max.

Shaquille O'Neal adds another bizarre theory on "Inside the NBA"
In the past, Shaquille O'Neal shared his confusing math theory that left viewers bewildered. This time around, he's back with a theory that's worth questioning if O'Neal really paid attention to science class. In a recent edition of "Inside the NBA," the 15-time All-Star revealed his new theory.
His new assumption is that there is more than one moon. O'Neal shared a story about him driving at night and noticed that the moon was on his left. As he continued his travels, he switched destinations that repositioned himself from the moon. Later, the LA Lakers legend concluded that there's more than one moon.
"I have a new theory," O'Neal said. "There's more than one moon. The other day I was riding, past Auburn as a matter of fact, and the moon was on the left. I keep going straight then making the turns, and about 20 minutes later the moon was behind me. There's more than one moon."
This caused his crewmates to laugh at O'Neal's newfound opinion on the moon.
